Carion Global Corporation is a real bag factory. Not a trading desk with a catalog. Buyers lose time and margin when a manufacturer is actually a middleman. We own the production floor. That means one project manager, one QC standard, and one accountable team from tech pack to shipment. How we work
A process buyers can plan around
Step 1 - Brief
Tech pack, reference sample, or sketch. We flag construction risks before sampling starts.
Step 2 - Sample
Prototype in 3-7 days. Same materials and stitch spec intended for bulk.
Step 3 - Approve
Golden sample locked. BOM, AQL, packing method, and ship window confirmed in writing.
Step 4 - Produce
Bulk on dedicated lines with in-line checks. Photo/video updates on request.
Step 5 - Ship
Final inspection, carton marks, documents, FOB/CIF/DDP as agreed.
What our factory can actually run
Materials
Polyester, nylon, canvas, RPET, PU, leather, TPU, neoprene, and custom laminates. Pantone matching and recycled options.
Construction
Pattern making, laser/CNC cutting, sewing lines, bonding/welding where required, hardware install, and finishing.
Branding
Screen print, heat transfer, embroidery, rubber/PVC patch, woven label, deboss, and custom hangtags/packaging.
Programs
